Fattoush is proud to announce that we have officially been declared Halal Certified by the Halal Food Standards Alliance of America (HFSAA). This certifies that every food product served by Fattoush is halal, from our spices to our meat. Fattoush underwent a rigorous process where every item in our kitchen, along with all our meat, fish and poultry products, were checked and verified by HFSAA, to ensure that it is, in fact, Halal. Every step of the process was beyond worth it. We know that Muslims abide by a strict code when it comes to eating only Halal foods, and we are pleased that many of our Muslim customers can join us and have peace of mind that they are abiding by Islamic rule.
